The Glassblobbery is based in the old church hall at Glanrafon near Corwen. This is one of the most beautiful parts of North Wales and the United Kingdom. Well worth a visit.

David and Wendy Pryce-Jones started the Glass workshop at Glanrafon in October 1989. The Studio and Gallery was opened to the public in 1993 after extensive renovation to the premises.

David studied BA Fine art at Stourbridge College, which had a glass department (1973-76). After leaving college until 1987 worked as a bench flame worker at a glass workshop in North Wales.

1987-89 he had a workshop in Mochdre, North Wales.

Wendy is a glass stainer. She gained a degree in textile design at Kidderminster College of Art. In 1986 trained to be a stained glass worker with Sam Jones in Deeside, North Wales. In 1993 started The Glassblobbery Studio and Gallery.
